Terms of Service

The Techtics provides software design and development services, including (among others) web and product development, business analysis, and related digital solutions. Information on the Site is provided to showcase our work and facilitate client inquiries.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You won't:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Copy, reproduce, or reuse content from the Site (including portfolio work, branding, or written material) for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the Site

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, portfolio items, and design — is owned by The Techtics or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce or repurpose it without our written consent.

Some portfolio items shown on the Site are concept or sample projects created to illustrate our capabilities in specific industries, used where real client work is under NDA or confidentiality restrictions. Where a project is a real client engagement, it's shown with the client's permission. We'll clearly indicate the nature of showcased work where relevant.

Submitting an inquiry through the Site doesn't create a client relationship or contractual obligation. Any engagement for our services is governed by a separate proposal, contract, or statement of work signed by both parties, which will govern scope, deliverables, timelines, payment, and confidentiality.

We respect confidentiality obligations agreed with our clients, including NDAs, and won't disclose confidential client information except as permitted by the relevant agreement or required by law.

Where applicable, payment terms (fees, milestones, invoicing, and refund conditions) will be defined in the individual client contract or statement of work, not in these Terms.

General content on the Site (such as blog posts or resources) is for informational purposes only and doesn't constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice specific to your situation.

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party tools and platforms. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

The Site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Techtics won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Liability related to actual client engagements is governed by the applicable service contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
